Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!
We are overjoyed to invite you to the Consecration Celebration of Archangel Michael Coptic Orthodox Church. This special occasion will take place over two days:
Saturday, May 24 – Vespers Service | 5:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Sunday, May 25 – Divine Liturgy | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Followed by a Lunch Reception | 2:00 PM

+++ Consecration Day Guidelines +++
We are expecting over 400 guests each day, so we kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure the event runs smoothly. Please follow the guidance of our Ushers and Security teams for parking and area leaders throughout the event.
During the Services (Saturday & Sunday):
- Services will be lengthy, so please bring quiet activities for your children.
- A livestream will be available in the Holy Family Church (the smaller church) for anyone needing a more relaxed space. Communion will be brought there.
Seating in the Church During Services:
- Ushers will assist with finding seats. Seating is first-come, first-served, and saving or reserving seats is not permitted.
- Unregistered guests will be directed to the Holy Family Church during services.
+++ Banquet +++
- After the Divine Liturgy, registered banquet guests should proceed upstairs and be seated quickly at their assigned tables. The banquet will begin when His Eminence arrives at 2:30 PM.
- Ushers will assist with table assignments.
+++ Children & Youth (Ages 0–5 and 6–17) +++
- Two infant rooms will be available in the service building for children ages 0–5. Mothers are asked to take short volunteer shifts; more details will be shared via a group message.
- Children ages 6–17 will be in St. Damiana’s Room for food, games (including Nintendo and football), and a jumper. Parents are responsible for checking on their children.
- Remind your children to text you or ask an usher if they need you during the banquet, as it is for adults only, and children will not be allowed to enter.
+++ Parking +++
- Please carpool when possible, respect parking rules, and be considerate of neighbors.
- It is a busy weekend, and police may be patrolling the area.
+++ Strollers +++
- Due to the number of attendees, please park strollers outside the church doors during services.
- During the banquet, strollers should be parked on the side of the building near the bookstore entrance.
